Easy to use pizzelle maker.

I used a 65+ year old family recipe (I don’t know how old the recipe is but I used it in 1964 for the first time) and the cookies came out perfect. All I had to do was to drop a spoonful of the batter onto the plate, close the lid, wait one minute, open the lid and take out the cookie. Each cookie was perfect, no burning and clean-up consisted of wiping the plates with a damp cloth. How much easier can it get?
