I won the item during an auction and paid immediately after the auction was over. The item never shipped and the seller never responded to my email or EBays email in regards to why the item had not shipped. The seller appears to have wanted to keep my funds because my credit card was not refunded until I involved EBay. The least the seller could have done is replied to my emails, admitted a mistake if one was made, and finally refunded my funds when they decided not to send me the item purchased
