Lube is your friend
Does the job it's supposed to do... lubricate. The right consistency, not too thick. I switched it to a smaller pump bottle, no need for 16 oz to be at hand all the time.

slight modification required
Unit heats and performs soldering function well. I did have to grind out the holder for the (hot) iron because the neck of the iron would catch on the small hole meant to accept its circumference. After a little grinding / sanding, it works fine.

probably worth the cost
This is a substantial (not light) nozzle that seems as though it should last quite a few years. It better, as pricey as it is. Additional benefit is the extra, single pattern nozzle in the package.
