    What a mess. The item was packed in ground up paper sawdust. Not sure why it had to be sent this way. Shipping cost was pretty high for this small item.

    What you failed to mention is that the item it's self was inside of a plastic bag well protected from the packing material. I do not determine shipping cost. You will have to talk to the United States Postal Service to complain about that.

    You were NOT overcharged for shipping. You were charged EXACTLY the cost that was written in the shipping section. What you failed to mention is that you placed two completely separate orders and then felt that we should only charge you one shipping and handling charge. I blame Ebay due to the fact they are the ones that collected two shipping charges from you. Not our company. Sorry Karen.
