Great product for a high price

Roller feels loose
Tried my moms (purchased new from a retail store) and loved it so I got this one, which is the same model as hers, but the roller that holds the hair feels loose. My hair is long and it felt like it was held very securely with my mom’s, but not so much with this one. It didn’t hold a curl as well either so it just seems that this one doesn’t work quite as efficiently.
