This item was mailed in a thin plastic envelope and arrived damaged. The metal was bent and the item was torn in 5 areas. When I reported this the seller offered to give me a small discount to "avoid the trouble of you returning the item". I felt I deserved a full refund or another product. I felt like the offer was minimal when it was totally the fault of mailing without any protection. The seller eventually gave me a full refund.
