  The seller more than securely wrapped and packaged my item and was very quick about sending my refund when I had an issue with the shipping - turns out the post office stomped on it and ruined it because it was all banged up when it arrived. That's not the seller's fault at all. He or she seemed very professional and apologetic and I'm just bummed that someone messed up during shipping! I was very much looking forward to this receiver so I had to get one elsewhere that I don't like as much
