The best action camera in 2017
3 of 4 found this helpful This camera does a good job overall. The menu is difficult to use. But the best feature, the one that overcomes the other negatives, is the image stabilization (IS).
The IS is optical not digital and produces a great and smooth video. GoPro cannot achieve the same effect. This one feature along with the good image quality is what makes this the best action camera as of July 2017.

Supplied torx screwdriver could not remove a single screw
The provide "torx" screwdriver simply stripped the torx screws. It did not get a good purchase to even remove one screw. The smallest of the two "torx" drivers was still too big.

Cheap and doesn't work
The fan does rotate as designed, but there was a 10 degree difference in temperature in my small 2.5 cu ft fridge. So, the air was not move sufficiently.
The package also looked quite old as though it had been sitting around for years.
