  Ben was great at keeping in touch and it was easy to arrange collection. He had packed everything well. Some pieces of the cat tree are showing signs of rust but I don't think it will affect use or that the cat will mind ;) It was advertised without cushions and a huge bonus was that Ben found and included the old cushions and a sisal shelf wrap. Ben seems very genuine and I would happily buy from him again. Very pleased with my purchase, just hope the cat 🐈 agrees :)
