Struggling To Discover Love
Quirky Miranda July is brilliant in her writing of this tender story, where she portrays a lonely cab driver, drawn to equally lonely shoe salesman (with two sons). While they struggle to discover love, the teens in this movie struggle in their attempts to discover sex. This movie captivates you the viewer to recall your own struggles at learning to understand the connections of sex and love. Now, lets just keep this between me and you and everyone we know...

Superior Ensemble Cast With Strong Character Choices You'll Never Forget!
If you were just observing Will (a gay lawyer, intensively controlling, struggling to find true love) & Grace (a scattered best friend of Will, who is a designer of everything but a functional life), who moves in with Will, this would be a halfway decent television series. What makes this a great television series is the ensemble pieces (so to speak) of Jack, the stereotypical gay, who is just fine with himself while everyone around him knows what a nut case he truly is and Karen, who has gotten rich & spoiled through her husbands (a la Zsa Zsa) and just has to have something to do with her life, so she plunges into Grace's as her total do nothing ASSistant. Yes, this series has "a laugh a minute" or even more so, but also has its moments of character developing relationships - much more so than just about any sitcom.

Love, Sex - Divorcees + Exes + Family - and videotape...
This show kept be riveted with the interactions of the family dynamics of divorcees who find each other & blend each of their families & exes and reactions between the children. The black and white inner thoughts work well in this production, which could be called "forty something" with its similarities to "Thirty Something"
