Easy as Pie
Replacing the board was pretty simple. Two screws in the outside to remove the housing. Three, with one attached ground holds the board in place. Take a picture of the current wire set up and match it up to the new board. The motor connector was preinstalled. You will have to disconnect the wire from the drive mortar itself. Be sure to order a new wall console model number 31965R. It can be a bit awkward to set up by yourself but is possible. Two people would make it easier.
