  Watch listed as"Brand New",however does Not work.Seller says it should.He should have noticed second hand was not moving and time was not correct..Contacted seller 3 times ,only offer was for partial battery?Called one watch store cost for new battery is$35.00.Advertised as Brand New should have a working battery in it.Either accept return or pay ,credit $35.00 for battery replacement.Yes listing states no returns ,but Brand New item should be working
