Return not allowed. Info clearly stated that, so I should have known. I ordered wrong item-now stuck with it. My fault but won't order from them again

Nice addition to my layout. Bachmann service assistance was superior.
Had trouble with it when I first received it but called Bachmann and got amazing service. Even connected me with an engineer who took the time to look into original blueprints. Very helpful. Finally found a wire that was loosing contact as it rounded the curve. Runs great now. Very happy with it.
