Very gentle touch
The best of the best for sleeping or noisy environment.
Absolutely comfortable fit, more or less deep on your choice.
Need to be replaced every 2-3 weeks due to humidity absorption, so buy more.

Very good for DIYing
This player has an alternative Rockbox firmware, which adds advanced functionality.
First i've make an a flashmod with Transcend 400 compact flash card.
Than i've took digital audio signal via IIS bus.
You can do this inside player, or use miniUSB to connect to external DAC and amplifier.
IIS bus has an advance against SPDIF - no need a converter chip.
You can search for AlexMod. This is an amazing soundind modification of this old player.

Best suited for DIY audio due to known stability and kind sounding.
Easy-to-use housing, big case with good heat dissipation.
Very good frequency bandwidth allows to bufferize fast or precise opamps.
