  The item name and the description both say this is A1657, but it's actually the A1296, which is not the model I wanted--and not the model I ordered. I reached out 8 days ago and never heard back, then reached out again yesterday. I know the seller doesn't accept returns, but they sent me a different product than advertised, and I am very disappointed that I haven't heard back from them (especially since the initial shipping to get the item to me was so quick).
