  My review is based on the great customer service I received from the seller. My purchase did not arrive in the condition it was advertised as and was missing two of the three pieces in the set. I quickly reached out to the seller on Saturday and by Monday, I received a message back issuing me a full refund. That is what great customer service looks like. Things can happen when shopping online. The measure of a reputable company is one that moves quickly to make their customer whole.

  Oh my word, I love these shoes! Totally adjustable! Shipping was fast, and priced really well. They were packed in the shoebox, inside a plastic USPS bag. That was all the packaging needed. They were brand new as described. They were probably just the display model, because the bottom had something stuck in em, but there weren't any wear marks. They were a REMARKABLE price. Awesome seller! I'm gonna save this one!

  There was a mix up with delivery. I got a box for my neighbor instead of my order since Amazon was used as the delivery company and the driver cannot read addresses. All is well that ends well and I did get the box with my goods a day later. The price was great and the items are as listed. These are new, are brand name and look great. The email support is responsive so overall I am pleased. DSR=5 in the end.

  Once seller saw posted negative review (item size wrong but high shipping fees both ways would mostly wipe out refund), they contacted me and refunded 100% of money so I am made whole. Problem may have been lower level customer service thinking could best serve company by saving them pennies by blind application of policy. Management has corrected that wrong decision and I would again use them but with caution re description of items and high shipping fees.
