Worked fine on my 2018 with Radar Sensor
3 of 3 found this helpful I just installed this grille on my 2018 Tacoma with the radar sensor, and it worked perfectly. I knew it would, because it is an OEM Pro Grille and the 2017 is exactly the same as the 2018 except that it costs twice as much and has a filler part that must be removed before installing the sensor. Why pay more? Because Toyota won't sell the 2018 Grille to you unless you have a 2018 Tacoma Pro.
I'm writing this review because the seller for some reason warns that it will not fit, but he's wrong. In addition to the grille you have to buy the "garnish" ($55), which is a plexiglass piece that covers the sensor and protects it from the weather. I also purchased the proper sensor wire ($18), that is set up for routing on the Pro Grille, but most people just use the exiting wire and route it a little differently. So that is optional. Both these parts are available from a Toyota dealer... it's just the grille that they've decided to try to keep exclusive.
Mine came with all the lettering in place. I guess that is not always the case.
