Bracelet is underwhelming and the stones washed out. However, be advised that this vendor is untrustworthy and unprofessional as I learned from a previous purchase on 1/21/24. The chain was sealed in the rib of the bubble packaging and couldn't be removed without being damaged. While Stefan advised a replacement chain was shipped out on 3/16, nothing has Bern received. Also, Stefan couldn't even extend me the courtesy of a response to my 4/20 message. BkkGems is an untrustworthy vendor.

Quality not the sane from earlier purchases. Also, vendor is unprofessional and untrustworthy based on my dealings with Stefan regarding the replacement of the chain damaged as a result of faulty packaging practices that was ordered on 1/21/24. Despite his assurances that a replacement chain was mailed out on 3/16, nothing has been received to date. Also, the courtesy of a response to my 4/20/24 was never received. There will be no more purchases placed eith this untrustworthy vendor.

This necklace was a disappointment. Also, the vendor is unprofessional and untrustworthy based on a previous experience I had whereby a chain was damaged due to careless packaging. Although Stefan assured me that a replacement chain was being mailed on 3/16 for this necklace ordered on 1/21/24, nothing has been received. Necklace just OK.However, this vendor is untrustworthy and unprofessional based on a prior experience whereby a chain was damaged due to faulty packaging and damaged while trying to remove it from sealed rib of the packaging.
