Gets your truck running for little cash
0 of 1 found this helpful Used it in a Tamiya CC01 and now in a SCX10. I don't know how long it'll last but it seems to fare well. The CC01 was lighter so I would expect it to last longer in that truck. Based on what I've seen it's a solid basic motor. I haven't tried to run a long trail with it but if you need something to get up and running again then I'd say this is a no brainer.

It was a nice idea
1 of 1 found this helpful I like the idea of the case and what it can do. It does appear to be "everything proof." However, it has to cover a lot of the face of the phone to accomplish this. In doing so, the edge of the case encroaches on the edge of the screen making it extremely difficult at times to swipe menus that require a swipe from the edge toward the middle of the screen. The "return" arrow at the bottom becomes ineffective as the silicone gasket overlaps this button making the phone think that it is constantly being held down. More than once the phone restarted itself likely because there is slight pressure on the power button at all times. I ended up going back to a cheap case that, while likely less durable, doesn't inhibit functions of the phone.

Wise to keep on hand
There's nothing special here. However, these are great to have on hand because you will eventually loose some of the tiny screws on the truck.
