Item location was Bulgaria so i assumed shipping costs were high due to that. After purchase, a representative from Greece called, who was asking for clarification regarding my address. After providing my address so that they can provide accurate information to the courier, the parel arrived with NO address. So i had to drive myself to pick up for something that I had paid shipping costs for delivery. I called back, the representative was rude and accused me that i had to call him prior pickup.

I bought this for my 6th gen civic hatchback and it was too long. Seller refuses to issue refund even though his listing was for a 6th gen civic hatchback (“HB”) 5 door. THERE ARE NO 5 DOOR CIVIC HATCHBACKS FOR THE 6th GEN, only 3 door which mine is. Since seller won’t own his mistake and wants me to pay the shipping ($60), I’m leaving negative feedback to warn other buyers to beware, their listings are misleading and they are uncooperative.

Hello dear customer, we are deeply sorry for this inconvenience. We dont want to mislead nobody, we are correct company and we are on the market since 2005. In a fact there is a honda civic 1995-2000 year 5 doors hatchback, it's made in UK. Here is the link from wikipedia: www en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honda_Civic_(sixth_generation) . You can scroll down to Europe - MA/MB/MC five-door Civic / Civic Aerodeck to see it. We corrected the description that it doesnt fit to 3 DOORS. My apologies!
