More than yellowing

The keyboard i received had a missing Funct key and had been replaced with an Esc key from another keyboard, the black navigation bar at the top of the case is also missing. there is also a small crack in the case. Definitely more than just "yellowing" like the listing described. Edit: after a closer look i found that both of the stabilizer housing on the spacebar stabs are broken, causing it to rattle a unbelievable amount.
