Low Headroom Headache

I recently framed out and added an overhead door to my carport off my alley. I knew off the bat that I had clearance issues due to the low ceiling of the car port. A few google searches lead me to these gems. Solved ALL my issues and plenty of how to videos on YouTube. However they must be used with an automatic opener or you’ll have to push the top panel closed manually.
