MST3K mustn't have been able to get the rights...
It's every 70s trope you'd ever want, packed into one crappy movie! I laughed pretty much non-stop through this checklist of: semis with CBs, dirt bikes, karate, crooked cops, crooked judges, and horribly lame fight scenes - the movie ends on a freeze-frame of a horse jumping over a fence for absolutely no reason! Loved it!
