Tablet Doesn't Work & Nothing They Will Do About It.

I bought this for my elderly mother for Christmas back in October. I gave this to her for Christmas to help pass the time when she didn't have any visitors to visit. Come to find out the screen doesn't work right and there is nothing they will do to or offer to help fix this situation. Now I'm out of money & my mother is out of a tablet. Do not suggest buying anything from these people.
