Bowflex products ROCK!

Good choice for full body workouts including balance, focus, muscle elongation as posture is a must! I follow up with Yoga for stretching, stress / tension reduction. I use this as an ancillary to Bowflex Blaze, Bowflex SelectTech 10/90 dumbbells resistance training with Bowflex bench. Bowflex makes a premium product line. Highly recommend!
