Nice attractive watch, light weight

Makes a great "do it yourself" project
5 of 5 found this helpful This kit makes building a work bench fairly simple by requiring only straight cuts on the 2X4's. I did not to add a middle lower shelf or an upper middle shelf. This gave me more room for underneath storage and allowed me to add pegboard on the back side for storing some hand tools I often use. I made my bench 8 ft. long X 30" wide with a 2X4 laying flat along the back side of the top to use as a small shelf and backstop. I also added three 2 x 4's for cross bracing under both the top and lower shelf just to add more stability. I made the entire work bench in one day. I opted to used 1/2" MDF wood for the bench top and lower shelf. Sealed the MDF with two coats of clear shellac. Looks great!
