JBL 2412 Replacements for TR225 Speakers
1 of 2 found this helpful I installed the two new JBL 2412 aftermarket replacement units in my JBL TR 225 speakers. Both needed new diaphragms. These new metallic units were replacements for older units that had gone bad and were in fact plastic. I do not know if the change from a plastic frame to a metallic frame will make them work any better or longer, but the new ones work and sound great. They installed easily and look and sound like new.
