Easy to use
2 of 2 found this helpful Pretty good for a portable cleaner, I think. Leaks just a little bit from the bottom of the clean water solution side, but nothing catastrophic. It is easy to use and judging by the brown sludge that came out in the other tank, it was working.
I have a jerk of a dog that like to mark my thick wool area rug and it worked to remove the odor, but not great on the stain itself. That wasn't much of a surprise though, I have tried other larger rental carpet cleaners and they didn't work all that great on this rug either.
I purchased this for my sofa though and it works great on that, only took a couple of hours for the cushions to dry and the suction was very good.
I don't have carpet or I would have tried it on that to give you a full review.
Hope this helps someone make a decision.
