Good product, but the wire harness was shorter than the original

This was a replacement ice maker for my Kenmore Coldspot refrigerator. It is very similar to the original, but the wiring harness was about 1 inch shorter than the original. The first icemaker was a challenge to remove and the replacement was even a greater challenge to install. Next time, I will consider getting out my soldering iron and wire to lengthen the short replacement wire harness. The extra length would have been appreciated. Note, the icemaker is functioning well in my Coldspot.

A dummy needs to be intelligent to be successful with this text

The didactic style is disappointing and study problems are simplistic. I am 1/3 through the book and maybe the author will tie things together in the remaining pages. Successful completion of this study will be more the result of my studious effort than the author teaching style.
