Sony Vg-c3em Vertical Grip for Alpha A9, a7R3, A7iii

Great ergonomics and double battery life.

I love my A7iii but found the body too small for my hand. The bottom corner base was digging into my palm. I bought the grip and problem solved. The bonus with the grip is the fact that you double your battery life. Very handy for me when I am shooting sports all day. The grip is durable and matches the camera body perfectly.
