  BEWARE, very rude seller, item not arrived after almost a week and despite both agreeing to wait until a set date to see if it arrived they then decided to go back on that and refusing to send replacement or refund of item not received. Very rude when tried to sort out privately so had to involve eBay!! I’ve even offered to pay personally to return the item it arrives as proof that I’m not being dishonest but still just received rudeness! Would definitely avoid buying from them!!

  Buyer was very unreasonable. Royal Mail collected package from post office Tues. By Thursday, seller was already asking for a replacement/refund as it hadn't arrived yet. I advised buyer that they hadn't given enough time for delivery, and to wait a little longer. So she opens a case and leaves negative feedback. Mental!
