Looks legit, fingers crossed it does what it says

Looks relatively unused, and so far no issues. Light came on once I got it in the box. Was a VERY tight fit, I had to take out the opposing breaker to get it to snap in. Only a surge event and time will tell if it works, of course, and a little leery since it was open box, but it doesn't look fried and the lights are on. High hopes.
