Wombles record review by slightly bewildered 52-year-old asked by eBay to write it
Underground, overground, wombling free, the wobbles of Wimbledon common are we .... Who can forget these iconic figures that come onto our screens just before the evening news in the 1970s? Well, this is a record they made. And very good it is, too. Must require a special dedication to learn to play the guitar with those paw-like womble hands. Someone I know once tried to tell me that, in fact, they were just humans in suits, but that would clearly be nonsense. Great stuff!
