Punchy
I was told the A series is a little less British and more American-sounding. My first impression is it's kind of a mix. Seems to have all the presence, with a hint more mids. It's definitely efficient, plenty of punch. It should work well with about antyting I throw at it. I have a few choices, a Vox AC10, Evh 5150ii 15 watt, Boss Nextone, and what I plan to use it with most of the time, a Blackstar Amped 3 pedal. All I know is it's lightened my load without sacrificing tone, or punch.

works like a charm.
I've been trying to find a decent tripod for a couple of years. I do a lot of varmint hunting on our 400+ acre farm. A single groundhog can do an awful lot of damage to structures and farm equipment! My cousin hit a hog's dirt mound harvesting soybeans last year and it almost destroyed a $50,000 implement attachment. If you don't keep up with them they can multiply rapidly. Between them, the coyotes, and coons, etc its almost a full-time job! That being said all of us try to keep the pest's under control and it's a challenge hitting something the size of a football at 300 yards. A tripod makes it a little easier. All the shooting tripods I had found that were any good were expensive. When I found one that used an inexpensive $20 camera tripod and a similar bean bag attachment I noticed it was the same $20 camera tripod I've had for years it was a no brainer! The only difference it was painted green and they wanted $130 for it? I mounted this bean bag in about a minute using the standard camera base adapter and it works like a charm.

Good deal.
Worked as well as the ones I've bought at the big box stores. My big surprise was I thought I was buying one but got two! Can't beat that.
