Onkyo - excellent sound dynamics

Sounds great for a 30 year-old CD
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a 30 year-old Blue CD. I have auditioned the Blue CD using a vintage amp as well as in a 2017 release amp, the sound stage is just great! Joni Mitchell crafted the message in the songs to be timeless.

DT990 Pro Superb Sound
2 of 2 found this helpful Out of the box and no "break-in", the DT990 Pro sounded just smooth. None of the V-type frequency pattern, using a vintage 32-year old Marantz stereo amp. The weight and clamping force need some getting used to. Happy with the "no tugging" straight cable (vs. coiled cable).
