  Won the auction because no one else bid. Paid for the item. Seller CANCELED the auction "due to undisclosed damage". Did not ask me if I wanted to cancel. Refunded my money. I told him I wanted the book so he relisted the book for same price and Raised shipping $4. bought the book AGAIN and paid for it. Then seller CANCELLED the sale AGAIN saying "I'm not paying $13 shipping on a $15 book. He's only paying $4.50 because I PAID $8.50. Book did not bid high for him so he ILLEGALLY CANCELED.
