Had an issue (not seller's fault) with included directions that instructed me to use an App that no longer exists. Seller immediately offered a return. However, I was able to find an alternative App by the same company that worked.

  This was a mint condition graphics card, the seals were still on the box. It was sent in an appropriate sized box, wrapped in bubble wrap, and because of the value I had to sign for it. Ebay wasn't updating my shipping info. I asked the seller and they responded within hours. Have not been able to plug into computer yet, but its a manufacturer warranty issue at that point.
