A gem! Fashion changes, teens not so much
Wonderful book for any age. References charmingly dated now, but themes remain unchanged. Lovely reminder that teen age stuff doesn’t change that much, although fashion, technology, and lifestyle does. Sweet and fun and thoughtfully written.

Fast paced books that hold interest
The pace of these books makes them a quick read and holds my child's interest. I like that there is a lot of description (good for vocabulary) and dialogue (good examples for punctuation). They aren't great literature by any means, but they get my child reading. From a parent perspective, I recommend highly.
