Happy with my Zune
I've had my original Zune since they first came out. It finally wasn't able to function properly and I was very happy to find a new in the package product. I have never had an ipod so I can't make a comparison but I have always been happy with my Zune.

Great price and customer service
Very satisfied with overall. The front assembly could be a little more muscular. With a somewhat heavy load I think it would be possible to bend the steering supports if you weren't careful. I was missing a bolt and customer service was prompt to respond.

Not powerful
It looked exactly like the fan I replaced but was way less powerful and not suitable for my purpose.
