Honest seller! Packaging could have been sturdier as old flimsy Amazon box was repurposed, but luckily product was encased with plenty of bubble wrap. Seller should definitely have listed shipment as fragile as it was electronic equipment, however did not take the liberty to do so? Product color listed as white but pictures depicted black, otherwise purchasing + communication were seamless. Finding a Bose in this condition is rare, so kudos to the seller for his honesty and expediency!
