  I was disappointed with this purchase. While the camera technically arrived in okay condition, the scratches were far more severe than shown in the photos or described in the listing. When I brought up my concerns, the seller responded rudely and dismissively rather than trying to resolve the issue. Instead of acknowledging the discrepancy, they accused me of being a problem simply because I had a new eBay account. A more professional and understanding response would have made a big difference.
