El Gato capture cards are good but this aver media one is better in my opinion
I like how the HDMI in and out ports are both in the back makes it easier cable management and latency is lower than the El Gato ones it works perfect with obs make to have a USB a to USB c 3.1 cable for it to show up on obs so yeah totally would recommend this over El Gato capture cards

Performs excellent but ofcouse you need a good internet to use it but still worth it
