Worked for me, anyway.
While most low-priced replacement Strat necks have been reported as being too wide to fit, mine was actually 1/16" too thin. When I drilled the holes without clamping things down, the resulting angle was ridiculous. Shiiming it to one side cleared up much of my error. After stringing it up, the neck was straight with little intonation adjustment needed. I took a chance and lucked out.

It works...and in stereo.
Stereo input and output! I bought this to replace a similar USB audio interface that had only a mono audio input jack. This item is exactly what I needed to connect my mixer to my new laptop which lacks a mic input.
