Really good for a good price

Keyboard is faulty.

I received the keyboard but it is faulty. The actual symbols that appear in my typing when I apply the shift key are different from those that the keyboard says will appear. So, for example, the open and close brackets -- these ones: ( ) -- do not correspond to the keys that they are supposed to correspond with. The colon -- : -- does not appear when you apply the shift key as it is supposed to. The question mark ? also does not appear when it is supposed to. I have to pay postage to return the keyboard to get my money back, too, which is not good either.
