I wish the ice balls were bigger and the mold easier to fill.
2 of 2 found this helpful While it makes nice spherical ice balls it is remarkably a horrific pain to fill the spheres. Those tiny holes mean you have to fill with a trickle of water and do it very very very slowly. Even then you end up with as much water in the well around the molds than inside.
I did expect them to be larger, I’d have loved to have big balls. They only last slightly longer than an ordinary ice cube but do look nice in the glass.

Perfect non-slip sole
These are perfect for those that work in a service industry. The soles are treaded to give more grip.
The only issue I found was width, they’re available in a single width (at least thru eBay) but I’m sure would have been mitigated by purchasing a size larger.
If you’re looking for a big brand babe with obvious identifying marks then these aren’t going to be for you, aside from inside the tongue and on the sole you wouldn’t be able to tell the brand. This can be advantageous in many situations.
If you work in locations where damp floors may be present these are perfect.

Great for heating your meat
These days it can sometimes it is better to test the internal temperature of the meat you are grilling of cooking and this is perfect. It's a little inflexible when it comes to other uses but it can be used for other tasks. We use it mostly not for cooking meat but when we are baking bread and need the water to be within a particular range. Sadly we cannot set alarm points specifically for the temperature range but we can view the temperature and know that we aren't going to commit yeast genocide with water that is way way way too hot.
Cleaning is simple, just clean the probe and put it away.
When it comes to the typical meats and doneness settings it does have a visual and audible alarm to let you know it is close to the required maximum.
On the bad side the instructions are printed on a tiny little booklet/pamphlet that has text so tiny that it needs the eyes of an eagle to view the text. Either way it's a perfect product for everyday use.
