Quality and Reliability.

I own 3 of these phones on a family share plan. We like the ease of operation, the compact size, and the reliability I have found over the past two years of ownership. What we love most about this phone is the removeable memory where we can store hundreds of songs. The only slight fault I can find with this phone is the pixel size of the camera.
