Works great! No issues.

I bought two of these NICs in order to give me the bandwidth to do some real VMware / Openstack vMotion, and just because faster is better. I received the cards quickly and installed them without any issues. I now have two dual-port 10GbE NICs for my iSCSI and vMotion networks, and two four-port 1GbE NICs for management and VM traffic. Very cool.
