Product description is misleading

The product looks like it came from the dollar store as far as quality goes. It also states it plays songs, it only plays a single versus of twinkle twinkle little star. The english version audio as a strong Chinese accent and some of the words are pronounced differently. The screen is not a screen just a sticker that seems to peel off rather easily.
