My Logic tester review
Very nice as well as cost effective for CMOS and TTL small scale ICs. I wish it were a little easier to package it in a way that protects the circuits from stray things that might cause a short. The most important thing is to find a user guide translated into English sufficiently easy to understand how to use it. It is easy to use, after you get a translated user guide.

Plug in 9v and press the "ON" button, select a freq & waveform and away you go!
Works well. Frequency looks right on. Amp and offset work well too.

Tested under moderate load, and it regulates very well.
