  Some people aren't worth dealing with. This seller is one. Description of the item was blatantly dishonest. Tuner wouldn't work at all when received. I sent it to a top technician in the US (Radio X Tuners) they estimated $600 to get it working. I returned it. eBay issued refund after seller hadn't refunded me 3 days after receiving item back. I can provide message log showing how truly insane this seller's behavior is. Total scammer. Avoid.
